Baylor University seeks an established leader of demonstrated Christian faith to serve as Dean of the Hankamer School of Business (HSB). Established in 1923, Baylor’s business program is widely recognized for its caring faculty, its integration of Christian values and high academic standards, the quality of its accounting and entrepreneurship programs, and its growing emphasis on high quality research and scholarship. The Dean serves as the chief academic and administrative officer of HSB and is accountable for the quality of the School’s academic programs and faculty and the alignment of HSB’s strategic priorities with those of the University.
